Grape Origin
The grapes came from our owned Quinta de Cottas vineyards located in Cima Corgo.
Vinification
The harvest is manually to boxes of 25 kg. The grapes are selected, de-stemmed and crushed at the cellar entrance. A controlled temperature fermentation process follows. After the alcoholic fermentation it follows the natural malolactic fermentation, keeping the wine at about 20ºC.
Tasting notes
A wine with a very deep color, very fresh, with subtle floral notes of the grape varietie and notes of black fruits like blackberries, currants and blueberries. Elegant wine with a solid structure and soft tannins. Long finish with floral notes of Touriga Nacional. A wine with great gastronomic skills.
